We wee at the DMV yesterday waiting in multiple lines (75 minutes total!) for my daughter to take her driver's permit test and then get her permit. There were posted signs THANKING people for "complying with the policy of refraining from profanity and/or violence within the building."
Honestly- we need to thank people for that?
Grrr...
Ahhh, DMV. In New York State it was a nightmare - I never witnessed violence, but I'm sure there was plenty of profanity. Any little problem with the forms that we filled out & they sent you back to the rear of the line.
Here in NC it's a dream - no forms to fill out - just hand all documents to the cashiers and they type everything into the computer.
